What this site gathers, how it uses the information, and what remains private. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

Quotes require gender, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco status, coverage amount, and term preference. These are transmitted to the carriers' quoting service and are not retained on this site. Quotations do not demand your name, address, phone, or email. Identical quote requests within a brief window may be pulled from cache rather than querying carriers again.

Applying

Should you apply, your answers populate a secure application on the carriers' platform, where their privacy policy takes effect. Applications proceed through Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email, optional phone, preferred contact method, subject, and message. Data goes to the agency by email with your address as the reply path. This site stores no messages, maintains no submission log, and retains no archive of content. A brief anti-spam validation occurs in your browser before transmitting.

Measurement

Page activity is tracked using first-party, cookie-free analytics delivered from this domain. No cookies or tracking identifiers are placed on your device; your IP address is partially obscured before recording; referrer information is stripped; logs are purged after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded from all measurement.

What we do not do

This site does not vend or divulge personal information, deploy advertising trackers, or embed third-party analytics. The sole external code is the carriers' application platform, which appears on the application page only if you navigate there.
